With the island’s first Tandoor oven, over 24 years ago, Razmataz brought authentic Nepalese-Indian cuisine to Saint Lucia and since then, has remained a favourite of locals and visitors alike. It’s very common to see diners walk in a embrace the host, chef or the wait staff like long lost friends.
The Razmataz team – owner Susan Wright, Chef Dipendra Bahadur K.C. and the friendly staff = present a huge variety of tasty dishes using fresh local ingredients and authentic recipes to suit all tastes. Spice levels can be adapted to suit you, so if you like it ‘hot like peppa!’ ‘or ‘smooth n tasty’, they’ve got you covered.
Many regular menu items suit special diets and wherever possible, on request, Chef Dipendra is happy to adjust dishes to suit gluten-free and other dietary needs. Of course, if you can, book ahead and let them know special requirements and they’ll be best able to cater for your needs.
The atmosphere at Razmataz is always welcoming. Whether you’re a lone diner, romantic couple, a large business or birthday group, you will be well looked after.
A fully stocked bar serves up a variety of wines, beers, local and international spirits as well as exciting cocktails and plenty of non-alcoholic options.
