Professor N Gregson G Davis, is currently an Andrew W. Mellon Distinguished Research Professor in the Humanities at Duke University, USA.  Antiguan-born Professor Davis has published several journal articles on the poetry pf Derek Walcott and has edited a volume of essays devoted to his work.
