Sir Arthur Lewis Memorial Lecture Delivered by Mr Timothy Antoine Governor, Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB)

The 2020 Nobel Laureate Festival presents “Socio-Economic Transformation by Invitation and Innovation”  a presentation by Mr Timothy N. J. Antoine is a Grenadian economist and development practitioner who spent 14 of his 22 years with the Government of Grenada’s Ministry of Finance as Permanent Secretary. He has also served as Advisor in the Office of the Executive Director for Canada, Ireland and the Caribbean of the World Bank Group and was based in Washington DC. He is currently the Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB).
