La Magwit Flower Festival Celebration

The second of Saint Lucia’s annual ‘Flower Festivals’ a tradition from hundreds of years ago when local groups mocked the plantocracy. Today, the colourful “warring” societies present colourful parades of society from royalty through all the services – police, doctors and so on.
Join in at the Mon Repos Church of Saint Anne at 10 am and for the main parade at 2pm at the Mon Repos R.C. Combined School, Micoud
