Exhibition: “The Steel Pan – Evolution, Revolution, Acceptance”

The 2020 Nobel Laureate Festival presents a visual documentary into the origins of the steel pan, the turmoil surrounding the introduction of the steel pan into Saint Lucia, pioneers of steel pan music, women in pan, major steel pan orchestras, and acceptance of the steel pan internationally and more importantly within the ecclesiastical sphere.
St. Lucia National Archives Authority, Vigie, Castries, Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. until 31 March 2020.
